Simple majority of 15 of the 28 board members required to vote
in attendance, or to sign before the agenda which approves the elections within 90 days
after the meeting, and a majority must be reached before the agenda and elections are considered approved.

Vice President Doyle gave brief about the "Congo Mission Team" by a Contra Costa
Chruch to which he is an independent and individual and not affiliated
with company business.
(g) Reports of committees.
Report by Treasurer Anthony Jamison about the success we completed
the tax form filings both IRS and State of Delaware, the State taxes of
$400. paid over ten days before they were due in 2017.

--Authorize issuance of 100,000 shares for both APS Co. BoDs' salaries and preauthorization of misc. business in 2017.
--Authorize assigned shares to Frank-Michal Hensel's ($120.)
--Authorize assigned shares to Michal Tia's two shares at $50. ($50. plus $10. fee)
--Authorize assigned shares to Rudolf Nikolic's two shares at $50. ($50. plus $10. fee)

26. WORKER BOARD OF DIRECTORS (Worker BoDs):
b. The Worker Board of Directors (or BoDs) are elected by votes from all board members including the Founding Executives, Regular Executives, Worker BoDs, Investor BoDs, "Wish List Volunteer Staff Nominees" and nominees for Worker BoDs.
q. Proof of Service must be initiated by the APS Co. President
or Vice President for all board meetings on which the quarterly, bi-quarterly
or tri-quarterly or annual election cycles begin and end.
r. The first Sunday following July 4th is to be the only
meeting required annually. A vote by the board can reschedule
the annual July meeting once each year.
s. The "Top Twenty-one System" is used for preparing ballot for Worker BoDs. On the Top Twenty-one System, the incumbent Worker BoDs are listed on the ballot. Then as new names are nominated the first 21 names are added to the ballot but no more than twenty-one.
t. When nominating multiple names for Worker BoDs, ranked choice
voting must be used. When a person self-nominates, that is to be
considered a #1 vote for their own name.

28. REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL BOARD OF DIRECTORS (BODS):
b. Biography Forms (AKA Bio Forms)
Elected board of directors (BoDs) must provide a completed biography form within
90 days after being elected to the All Party System Co., USA Bureau BoDs.
A blank biography form will be mailed in the same envelope with the quarterly
meeting's minutes. An optional online digital biography form will be
created by the members of the executive.
When a name is eliminated for not providing the complete biographical information,
the name(s) which had been eliminated may be re-elected and a new 90-day cycle
of requiring the biographical information will begins again on after the meeting
where the name was elected and recorded in the meeting's minutes.
Once elected, the CEO must provide the biographical information to the
company office within 90 days.
31. Elected BoDs must participate in the July 5th annual
teleconference call, and all special meetings which are called,
and/or sign the meeting's minutes
within the 60th day which follows the meeting or risk
being removed as BoD. This way, a majority of the
BoDs is guaranteed to approve the annual BoD meeting's
minutes.
When a majority of the board members is not attained
for approving the company's bylaws, minutes, elections and/or agenda
by signing the called board meeting's minutes,
even after board members not in compliance have been
eliminated from the board, then the lowest ranked
Investor BoDs and then Worker BoDs from those who did not
sign, will be eliminated one at
a time until a majority for approving the minutes is achieved.

"march 1st", July 5th, names ranked, annual board meeting.
63. INTERNATIONAL BUREAU
The International Bureau elections and decisions will not take
priority over all other subsidiary levels.

Designations
The officers of the corporation shall consist five main categories
and up to forty-five names of whom all hold votes on decisions until
Phase Two is implemented at which time the Original Ten Founding Executives
will no longer hold votes on Board of Directors but whose names will
remain in the company's bylaws.
The Ten Founding Executives (who are elected by the International
Parliament as the "Ten Executives", Original Ten Founding Executives,
Ten Worker Board of Directors (Worker BoDs), Five Regular Executives
and Ten Investor Board of Directors (Investor BoDs).
The Original TEN FOUNDERS (August 10th, 2014)
These are the first ten names elected as executives in the "First International
Parliament's Executive Vote of Confidence" which ended on August 10th 2014 and those
ten names will always be:

75. STOCK
This paragraph:
Common Stock: The All Party System Co., as a for-profit stock corporation,
may as needed sell only up to 49% of the voting class shares to public investors
which are to be known as common stock. The Voting class shares known as Common
Stock are created for the purpose of allowing all owners of such share to elect
BoD members who will represent the interests of the investors.
The top ten share holders who agree to elect their name to the company board
and who meet all the requirements by providing mailing address, bio form, etc.,
shall be elected to the board of directors (BoDs). Only the top ten share holders who
are elected to the BoDs will be listed as BoDs, and they are to be ranked by the
number of common stocks/shares which they hold.
One seat on the board of directors (BoDs) = one vote on the board of directors (BoDs).
Every elected share holder may only have one vote on any board of which they serve.
The investors control ten of the potential 31 voting BoDs through
one vote each and the Investor BoDs are ranked starting on the USA Bureau
based on the number/percent (of the 49% available) of the shares which they own.
Investor BoDs are ranked top to bottom, biggest to tenth-biggest
common stock/share holders, on the company web page.

111. NOTICES
1Except as may otherwise be required by law, any notice to any shareholder or director
may be delivered personally, by email or by mail. If mailed, the notice shall be deemed to have
been delivered when deposited in the United States mail, addressed to the addressee
at his last known address in the records of the corporation, with postage thereon prepaid.
117. AMENDMENTS
By BoDs: The BoDs shall have the power to make, alter, amend and
repeal the Bylaws of this corporation though simple majority vote of the BoDs
using ranked choice voting (RCV). Any such alteration, amendment, or repeal of the Bylaws,
may be changed or repealed by a simple majority of the Board of Directors
entitled to vote at any Board of Director meeting under ranked choice voting
at any/all properly scheduled quarterly meetings.

122. Stock Price Fluctuations
The Board of Directors set the price of the stocks/shares while the
company is private and the open market sets the price of the stocks/shares
once the company goes to publicly traded shares.
Criteria for Price of Shares/Stocks While Company is Private
1) The first criterea is set by consensus of President and Vice President
2) The second criteria is determined by a vote of the BoDs.
3) The third criteria is set by the price on any given day of a sale
and the following day, and then the price reverts back to one of the preceding
criteria; set by 1) President/Vice President and 2) set by BoDs.

123. Elect One to Five Chief Executive Officers (CEOs)
Elect one Chief Executive by majority vote of all BoDs.
1 Chief Executive Officer
The first Chief is one of the 31 voters on the board of
directors of APS Co. (BoDs).
Elect One to Four Non-Executive Offices by President's
and Vice President votes:
2 Chief of Operations
3 Chief of Staff
4 Chief of Finance
5 Chief of Board
The one to four non-executive Chiefs are not voters/members
of the board of directors (BoDs).
The four non-executive officers can be elected or unelected
at any time by either the President or Vice President.
The first four non-executive Chiefs will receive a signing bonus.
Chiefs can receive additional shares for completing work
assigned by the President and Vice President.
Chiefs will work on programs and will receive shares for such
programs, the number of shares to be determined by President
and Vice President, but no chiefs receive a salary or monthly
payments in shares.
All elected Chiefs will be subject to a one-year probation.
Once elected, all Chiefs must comply with all requirements for
BoDs as laid out in guideline item #28 (REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL BOARD
OF DIRECTORS)

4. Edlira Zeka take role of spokesperson for all business relations for the time being in all world (USA, UK, etc.) for International Parliament store.
