(f) Report of officers.
Report by CEO Buck Rogers [Conservative] on potential IPO in USA vs UK (or other?)
Excellent briefing by CEO Buck Rogers about the potential and affirmation of
the APS Co. IPO to be offered in UK.
The project was referred to as the "International Parliament IPO,
but the reality is that it's a All Party System Co., USA Bureau IPO
and that there is a potential for the APS Co., International Bureau
IPO after $5000. is raised, but no timetable for the latter.
Among the points brought up by CEO Rogers are as follows:
The company interested in offering the IPO in UK is Williams and Glyn (W&G)
W&G are brokers affiliated with USA and UK stock exchanges.
W&G have a list of specific unique APS Co. attributes of concern.
W&G have knowledge of the rules, regulations and laws for USA and UK dstock exchanges.
W&G will act on behalf of the APS Co., once the APS Co.'s BoDs approve the securing of them in client/server relationship.
W&G is willing to be paid in a percentage of shares of the offering by APS Co.
W&G are both close friends to CEO Rogers.
W&G are willing to speak to the Directors in a conference call and email exchange(s).
Summary:
APS Co., comes to make offer of shares for the IPO work.
Initial offer being considered is 1000 to 10,000 shares for APS Co., USA Bureau
and one of the 1000 shares of the proposed APS Co., International Bureau
NOTE: One share of International Bureau is the equivilant to 10,000 shares of APS Co., USA Bureau.

USA Bureau (not for International Bureau), please vote on
the following issue by ranking items:
___ Keep share prices at $25. all year in 2016
___ Offer shares to all board members at next
January 10th 2016 special meeting at a price of
$0.50 (fifty cents) per share, but only for
board of directors (BoDs) of those who have been
correctly elected by 1/10/2015 and allow payments
anytime between 12/1/2015 and 1/10/2015
