Winners Jim Doyle [Republican] for CA Governor (write-in) and James Ogle [One] for CA Lt. Governor (write-in) are both confirmed for the Facebook Live show on Sunday April 10th at 4 pm Pacific. All of the 125 names for the thirteen California at-large seats whose emails were known were invited by email.

There are currently 130 names vying for the 13 at-large seats, with five declaired write-ins, and that is where we want to add more names since write-in sign-up and certification doesn't begin until after around April 15th, 2022. The last Sunday candidate conference is planned for Sunday April 17th when the final list of the thirteen top names will be determined by digital eballots (free):

3. "Five-party Slate for All Thirteen At-large California Elective Seats"
https://allpartysystem.com/

The California 2022 election of thirteen elective government seats is underway now. More than 125 ballot-qualified names, along with about six potential write-in names, are eligible to vie for the thirteen at-large seats in the California government elections.

The United Coalition based in Pacific Grove California, has nominated and emailed approximately 107 of the 125 (plus the write-ins too) candidates, weekly "Facebook Live" broadcasts are being conducted every Sunday at 4:00 pm Pacific Time from the Juice and Java Coffee House, and all the candidates (plus new write-in names welcomed) are being invited to participate in the discussions.

The California State Libertarian Party, had blocked all three California State Prez candidates from joining the debate in 2020 (plus three to six from out of state), and there are no Libertarian Party candidates who are ballot qualified in the 2022 California State elections.

This total censorship in not only happening in the Libertarian Party, but under the Democratic and Republican Parties too, and the censorship is labeled "two-party system", "systemic racism", "cancel culture", etc. where only insiders can pick who attains ballot access in most elections.

It's "click the dot" one-party dictatorship psychology, male dominated results for women and minorities, third parties and independents.

The winning strategy is to reverse everything where men support candidates with female names and women support candidates with male names.

Both men and women are asked to voluntarily make the non-binary gender names top #1 priority, our opposite gender at #2, and our like or same gender at the #3 choice when voting inside the voting booth even though you may not know much about the person behind the name.

With over 80% of the nominees being male, it's overwhelming for anyone to try to identify the best male candidates, so we're asking women voters and candidates to please help pick the best male candidates from the big logjam of male names in the June 10th California primary election.

Here is the California Secretary of State's web page listing all the candidates and their contact information:
https://elections.cdn.sos.ca.gov/statewide-elections/2022-primary/treasurer.pdf

Our team has been learning, changing and growing, for five years since the First International Parliament was elected on August 5th 2017, and now we're getting ready for the metamorphosis while California State helps launch both USA Super-state and International Provincial elections on paper ballots simultaneously which both end on August 5th 2022.

Get the PDF, print it out, and write in your rankings correctly starting with #1.

True friendship multiplies the good in life and divides its evils. Strive to have friends, for life without friends is like life on a desert island... to find one real friend in a lifetime is good fortune; to keep him is a blessing.

5. Unity Platform Election
https://allpartysystem.com/e-aps-6.php

Phase One and Phase Two

Phase One is to Use Hare Quota for a "primary"/ballot, for access of the "top 26" (1/26ths = 3.8% plus one vote threshold) = (Total votes cast / total at-large seats) plus one vote (Hare Quota)

Phase Two (50% plus one vote threshold) = after equal time on all items then new votes approve all items attaining 50% plus one vote of total "tics"

In the circle we are all equal. There is no one in front of you and nobody behind you. No one is above you; no one is below you. A circle is sacred because it is designed to create unity.

Connecting with others through the warmth of human hearts .. we look behind, filled with gratitude .. and look forward, filled with vision .. we turn to each other, with strength and .. turn within, to find peace ..

In a circle, we are sometimes leading, sometimes following .. always strong.

The War on Women
https://www.facebook.com/Sharon-Presley-Essays-103443684860539
by Sharon Presley
October 27, 2020

There is a war on women right now and it’s not in the Middle East. It’s right here in the US. Some might say there has been a war on women for centuries. True enough but this is a war new in its intensity and scope, an unrelenting attack on women and their bodily autonomy.

Let’s look at the evidence. For starters, here are six states that have already passed laws that ban abortion at six weeks, before most women even know they are pregnant. They know the federal courts will knock down the bans but they want it to go to the Supreme Court where they are hoping that the 6 conservatives (5 men and one woman) will uphold the bans and/or kick Roe v. Wade in the guts. More are on the way, according to the Guttmacher Institute: “Through April 11, 14 states have introduced, moved, or enacted 6-week bans this year, underscoring the extreme scope and unprecedented volume of these bills. Banning abortion at six weeks has emerged as a leading tactic for antiabortion politicians and activists, with the ultimate goal of challenging Roe v. Wade at the U.S. Supreme Court.”

But as the pro-choice Guttmacher Institute points out, it’s worse than that. “20 states have laws in effect that prohibit “partial-birth” abortion,” says Guttmacher. Another appalling example: “11 states restrict coverage of abortion in private insurance plans, most often limiting coverage only to when the woman’s life would be endangered if the pregnancy were carried to term.” Government telling private insurance companies what they may or may not cover!

Conservative religious groups are busy trying to prevent women from exercising bodily autonomy.
“Meanwhile, religious hospitals, especially Catholic ones, are gobbling up their secular counterparts and then imposing bishop-decreed restrictions on abortion care and birth control. Conservative, limited-government Republicans (particularly John Kasich, the alleged moderate) continue to enact Targeted Regulation of Abortion Providers (Trap laws), legislation cynically designed to be impossible with which to comply, so that clinics will be forced to close. And when none of those tactics work, there’s straightforward terrorism: Planned Parenthood clinics in Washington, California and elsewhere have been targeted by arson attacks.

Trump is part of this madness, doing everything he can to fight pro-choice people and positions and put anti-choice judges in positions of power. A Trump-appointed judge recently ruled, for example, that a procedure described as “nothing short of torture” is allowable.
“Before Donald Trump nominated him to the federal bench, John K. Bush was perhaps best known as an anti-gay blogger who spread birther conspiracies. Now he is a judge on the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. Bush was selected, in part, because of his conservative views on reproductive rights, including a belief that abortion is a tragedy on par with slavery. On Thursday, he transformed those views into law, upholding Kentucky’s “informed consent” law in an opinion overflowing with charged anti-abortion rhetoric.

The Kentucky law at issue is extraordinarily invasive. It requires abortion providers to perform an ultrasound, generally using a transvaginal probe for pregnancies of less than nine weeks, on all patients seeking to terminate their pregnancies. The provider must then describe the fetus in detailed terms, pointing out its organs, and play the sound of its heartbeat.”
Another way women are hurt: harsher sentences for women than for men for essentially the same crimes.
“In 2006, Robert Braxton Jr. was sentenced to probation plus two years time served for severely beating two of his girlfriend Tondalo Hall’s three children, but Hall herself was sentenced to 30 years in prison under the “failure to protect” law for permitting the abuse. Hall testified that she was also a victim of Braxton’s abuse. Yet, on her attorney’s advice, she entered a “blind plea” in which she admitted guilt without a deal from the prosecutor. Her sentence, and its seemingly disproportionate severity compared to Braxton’s, brought national attention to the unfair application of such laws, which carry potential life sentences in six states, including Oklahoma. In September, Hall’s request to have her sentence commuted was denied; her next chance to argue for commutation will be in three years.”

The abuser got two years, the mom got 30 years. What sense does that make? None at all. Unless you hate women, want to control them, or think they are more to blame than the men who actually perpetrate the abuse.
Not surprisingly, researchers have found that opposition to abortion is associated with sexist attitudes toward women. “Further, the study found that these sexist attitudes were based on a person’s idealization of motherhood as an essential element of womanhood. “The idealization of women – and motherhood, in particular – comes at a substantial cost, namely, the restriction of women’s reproductive rights,” say the study’s authors. That is, restrict women’s choices and actions.
It’s not just sexism but outright misogyny that is associated with anti-women attitudes and anti-women legislation:
“Deciding whether and when to have a child and whether or when to consent to sexual activity are both fundamentally about asserting autonomy over our own bodies. And both restrictions on abortion and the dismissal of sexual assault are about people in power — predominantly men — trying to strip away our dignity and roll back our march toward equality. We’ve seen it across this country as state legislatures have introduced more than 250 laws restricting abortion access since January 2019.”

This is hardly surprising. Taking away women’s bodily autonomy is profoundly and on the deepest level anti-women. It says a women’s body belongs to legislators who get to decide what women may or may not do with their bodies. It’s hardly surprising that women dressed as characters from the very pro-woman “The Handmaid’s Tale” are showing up frequently at protests.
Also not surprisingly. there is also a war against sex workers as documented in the book, The War on Whores. Regardless of what one thinks of sex work, from a libertarian perspective, it’s nobody’s business what other people do with their lives as long as they are not using coercion against others.
Then, there’s the libertarians who are willing to sell women down the river for a “sexy” candidate, namely Justin Amash, who is anti-choice. And not just anti-choice/forced birther but he is on record as stating he believes that “life begins at conception” and “will fight to protect life at all stages.” At all stages? What about the “stage” that includes women trying to protect themselves and their lives? Or the 11-year-old girl who was raped? Don’t their lives matter? Some claim Amash is a libertarian but I remain unconvinced. Not only does he want abortion forbidden by law, he is weak on immigrants and LGBT people. What is libertarian about that? Answer? Nothing. That didn’t prevent a prominent libertarian who I will not name publicly from accusing Harriet Joy and me of conducting a “jihad.” I am not making this up. That is the word he used. Why? Because we were criticizing a friend of his for being pro-Amash even though the friend is pro-choice. The libertarian who accused us of a jihad is against abortion (though not by law). I do know that he called Amash a libertarian.
We don’t care whether Amash is libertarian or not, which we doubt anyway. He is anti-choice. That’s all we need to know. The officers of the Association of Libertarian Feminists will not support any candidate who is anti-choice. Ever. Women’s bodily autonomy is too important. It is not negotiable. It is not an extra. If there is any jihad going on, it is against women’s right to choose and against women as independent acting beings.

Last Call to Nominate Names(s) for the "First International Parliament Election 2022"!

Our team has been learning, changing and growing, for five years since the First International Parliament was elected on August 5th 2017, and now we're getting ready for the a metamorphosis.

Get that PDF on a thumb drive, print that out, and write in your rankings correctly starting with #1.

2. Calling All Nominations for Twelve "Provinces" Senate-chamber Elections
USA: https://usparliament.org/senate.php
International: https://www.international-parliament.org/senate.html

HEAR YE!! HEar ye!

Now calling for write-in nominations for the Cabinet!

Here's a link to the PDFs to print out your paper ballot e-aps-13 or e-aps-13-2022!

http://www.allpartysystem.com/e-aps-13.pdf
Best used for voting within one of the Republic of Earth's Provinces or USA Super-states.

http://www.allpartysystem.com/e-aps-13-2022.pdf
Best used for voting outside one of the Republic of Earth's Provinces or USA Super-states.

The nominations for the election of the top three names in each of the two 36-member Senate Chambers, one USA Super-state Senate Chamber and one International Provincial Senate Chamber, the nominations for both are going on now simultaneously by using one standardized paper ballot (e-aps-13).

The write-in paper ballot, serves as both nomination ballot, and as the final vote.

Should a second (or third, fourth, etc.) nomination/vote on the marked paper ballot e-aps-13 be received from a voter, then only most recently marked paper ballot by that voter counts, as the newest replaces the previously marked paper ballot(s) (signature in ink required).

The Droop or Hare Quota is used to elect the three top names as Senators in both Provincial and Super-state Senate Chambers, elected from one whole vote per paper ballot (limited voting) per voter, and one only one vote per voter within the whole worldwide stack of paper ballots.

Start your Province's first "Provincial Archives" of marked paper ballots beginning with your own then mail it (one single marked paper ballot or a stack of copies, or originals, of correctly marked paper ballots) to the new "International Parliament Archives".

Once the total ranking of all names is known then everyone gets elected to their favorite titles. Go ahead and write in the title you want when you mark your paper ballot.

3. Join 54-member California Electoral College (Signature Required)
www.usparliament.org/ss11.php

HEAR YE!! HEar ye!

The California and USA One Party is bringing the new pure proportional representation (PPR) Electoral College and our team has a woman President Demetra Wysinger [Wxyz New Day] who would love to have worked with everyone in the 2020 US Presidential election.

Now we're starting all over in California to bring the best non-binary gender name at #1 and we have several to choose from already and one's name is Taylor but we don't know which state they live in.

Should voters want a candidate who is more eager to work together, that's our job, to find team players in 2022.

Here in Monterey County we're trying to sign up two US Presidential Electors for Congressional Districts 18 and 19 (CA CD#18 and CA CD#19) and we have already received several nominations with plenty of back-ups.

The California Democratic Party lists 33 Electors on the Democratic Party National Committee and our team at the United Coalition will be joining the California Democratic Party so to increase the number of US Presidential Electors from 33 to 54, 54 being the same number of Presidential Electors allotted to California under the US Constitution.

Our team is also signing up two Senator Electors from all 50 states.

We welcome all parties and independents. Good conservatives, good liberals, and one Libertarian.

It's the new "Conservative Liberal 1Libertarian Caucus":
www.1libertarian.com

The Way It Works in California

There are nine seats open at-large in California including the one US Senate seat that's also up for election.

We can calibrate down to elect the four California State Board of Equalization seats districts 1 to 4 on the same paper ballot e-aps-13 and elect the "top 13" (9 at-large + 4 state districts = 13).

The CA State Controller is the executive for the four Board of Equalization districts so the candidates for Controller from the Democratic and Green Parties can compete to bring two different sets of five-member committees as write-ins, and by bringing five different political parties vying to work together between write-ins and ballot qualified names, that will earn more votes for the candidates.

Once we start getting more nominations on paper ballots (deadline is April 1st), the new nominations will be uploaded, to the California Super-state or to any of the twelve USA Super-states and the twelve International Parliament Provinces.

4. Our Team is Using The Most Democratic Voting Systems

Electing Decision-items:
https://allpartysystem.com/e-aps-6.php
Phase One and Phase Two

Phase One is to Use Hare Quota for a "primary"/ballot, for access of the "top 26" (1/26ths = 3.8% plus one vote threshold) = (Total votes cast / total at-large seats) plus one vote (Hare Quota)
Phase Two (50% plus one vote threshold) = after equal time on all items then new votes approve all items attaining 50% plus one vote of total "tics"
Items such as "Psilocybin decriminalization & cannabis taxation reform", can now obtain ballot access as one of twenty-six, with 1/26ths the votes.
* * *

Electing Names:
http://www.allpartysystem.com/e-aps-13.php
Electing Names Using Droop Quota = [(Total votes cast / total at-large seats (plus one seat)] plus one vote

Governor and Lt. Governor:
Elected from the two top names, from one stack of correctly marked paper ballots counted under pure proportional representation on August 5th 2022.

Nine CA State at-large open seats including US Senate:
When we calibrate the rankings down from two to nine, then that same stack of paper ballots elects the top nine Statewide who pick the nine open seats.

We can calibrate down to the top thirteen and that will include the four CA State Board of Equalization seats too.

The top 54 names (one from each Congressional district plus two Senator Electors) are California US Presidential Electors:
We calibrate the same stack of marked paper ballots from the top two (Gov. and Lt. Gov.?) or the top nine, to the top 54.

Whenever one person picks an open seat or title then the next highest name may pick from remaining open seats.
For example should a non-binary name win the top #1 ranking above all others, they may pick CA State Treasurer for example, and then a lower-ranked name (#2?) may pick CA Governor. That's also how the 36-member International Parliament Senate Chamber also picks and California winners may also pick seats on the American Province #1 and many other geo-levels.

The top 54 Electors include the two US Senate at-large nominees and one from each Congressional district.

Electoral College:
The 54 Electors each rank twelve names (1,2,3,4,etc.,11,12,etc.) that elects the 6457-party/caucus Electoral College nationwide since 538 x 12 (plus 1, Droop) = 6457-Party/Caucus System. That's our highest goal in 2022 and through to 2024.

Winners are not people who never fail
Winners are people who always try
To be better every day

Failure is not the end
It's a state of mind
Don't let it make you blind
Life is a continuous battle
You are a king without a castle
Fight and don't be fragile

Winners are not born
They are stubborn
To learn from the storm

Win or lose
Only you can choose
Courage or excuse
Be strong, be you
Don't wait for someone to come out of the blue
Never forget,
the real battle is within you
Smile on through the rain
Smile on through the pain
Try again and again
Beat the devil, conquer fear
Never quit, always cheer

We were all wrong, after all these years, now we unite behind a non-binary name at #1, we show teamwork in order to attract votes.

California is setting the good example for the world in the 2022 CA State elections.

Insiders and outsiders, equal time and equal treatment, and a 10% (plus one vote) Droop threshold across the board for all nine seats to be simultaneously elected and prioritized top to bottom.

Signs of Beauty
By CEO Buck Rogers [Conservative]
www.allpartysystem.com/think-tank.php
2021-1-5

The sign of a beautiful person is that they always see beauty in others.
A beautiful person is kind and sincere.
A person who believes in thinking before talking, who believes in treating others and they want to be treated.
To me, true beauty is not about HOW a person looks; but how they carry themselves.
To me, a beautiful person has morals, and think of others and care about other people.
A person who believes in trying to rise above rough times.
A man who believes in looking at a woman as his equal partner instead of treating her as if she is inferior to him.
A woman who would not dream of raising a hand against a man except true self-defense.
A person who prefers to be an original (in a good way) instead of concerning themselves with being in with the in-crowd all the time.
A humble person and would never put themselves on the pedestal nor have anyone put them on a pedestal.
A person who treat people they CANNOT stand in the worse possible way with respect.

7. Active Parliament Cabinet's Email Lists
https://www.international-parliament.org/cabinet.html

The International Parliament's Cabinet and all the email lists for each Ministry's Directors, are going to be emailed and notified on Facebook simultaneously, originally expected to take a 30 to 60 days to complete. Both India Provinces, North and Mid-Atlantic Super-states, are also getting attention during March 2022.

We do need twelve locations around the world, one within each of the twelve Provinces, to store the marked paper ballots kept as proof.

Votes on paper ballot (signature required) on Provincial and Super-state Senator sign ups automatically include one vote (or "tic") beside the new nominated name (your name!) under the US Constitution, as the first step towards qualifying as a US Presidential Elector.

Our team is trying to bring these same precedents to the international level in five-year terms to the First International Parliament Election now. Everyone please try to rank around twelve names. With 538 seats, only when 50 voters rank 12 names each, can we attain the 538 names that we need.

Voting is free. The "dues-paying option ($60.)" really gets the attention, voters rank your name high on their marked paper ballot, when they see your International Parliament identification card (ID) card!

Get your name as Provincial or Super-state Senator with Senator ID provided like in the International Parliament 36-member Provincial Senate Chamber:
https://www.international-parliament.org/senate.html

All current and former Senators and share buyers may negotiate on the new portfolios now.

The most fair way to split the 10,000-share sale in July between all buyers under the Hare Quota is still being calculated. When you place a bid, you too, can help learn about the math of the Hare Quota.

1. Happy Valentine's Day - "Everyone Show Your Love" - Deadline is Midnight February 14th

Our team has incredible news and we're asking everyone to open your hearts, open your wallets, and to show your love to the All Party System Co. Parliament Store and the Monterey County Democrats.

Monterey County Democrats: https://montereydems.org/
All Party System Co. Parliament Store: https://allpartysystem.com/

Get your pen ready! Get your Valentine card(s) ready! And get your checkbook handy!

Valentine's Day is one week away!

We're going to get this done.

The deadline for California State candidate filing fees is February 14th.

We're combining the love with the political and the business, so to at least try, to get three names on the State ballot;
Draft Anna Canetti [Libertarian] for California State Insurance Commissioner (filing fee $3500. by February 14th)
Draft Joe Aliotti [Democratic] for California State Treasurer (filing fee $3500. by February 14th)
Draft James Ogle [One] for California Lt. Governor (filing fee $3500. by February 14th)
Total: $10,500.

As you can see by the figures above, the cost for accessing the ballot in California is very high, and near impossible. So we must stay inspired and at least try to accomplish both highest and lessor goals in 2022 in case we cannot raise the cost for ballot access.

Here are some lessor goals that we plan to fall back on:

-- James Ogle [One] and Joe Aiotti [Democratic] to vie for Secretary of the Monterey County Democrats in 2024.
-- We send attendee(s) to the 2022 California Libertarian Party State convention in Los Angeles on the weekend following Valentine's Day, to try to Draft Anna Canetti [Libertarian], for California State Insurance Commissioner (and/or?), and to obtain endorsement for our effort with from Jo Jorgensen [Libertarian] who is visiting from South Carolina.
-- We conduct weekly conference calls and debates in-person and of Facebook Live (and Zoom?).
-- We build around the marked paper ballots so to elect "Investor BoDs", as new buyers submit bids for the Parliament Store's shares/stocks, and then those bids get posted on the "Investor Relations".
https://www.allpartysystem.com/investorrelations.php
-- We replicate the work of gathering signed meeting's minutes every July, by not just the gathered by one Secretary, but also assistant secretary(s).
-- We replicate the entire process for the counting of paper ballots and web page updates that are built around those correctly marked paper ballots.

For Valentine's Day 2022:

Facebook Live Debate!
Friday Night Open Mic at Juice N Java, Friday February 11th, 7 pm Pacific Standard Time
599 Lighthouse Avenue
Pacific Grove, California 93950

At the Juice N Java open mic event Friday night, we will be asking the crowd to approve the one set of 26 items "Remove the Time Limit on the Equal Rights Amendment" is written in at the top, and all get approved by voice (AKA Digital).

We will likely approve the whole set of Unity Platform items when we ask everyone to hold one finger up to approve and say "pee" (pee=#1).

Next everyone is on their own.

Some voters may sign the paper ballots after the pee vote and they elect their own names too (signature in ink required).

We write valentine cards and send the donations, to either buy shares/stocks on All Party System Co., or to donate to the political campaigns of the three United Coalition of California nominees; Canetti, Aliotti and Ogle.

The Challenge for Fair Elections

The challenge ahead of us is huge, for example our nominee Anna Canetti [Libertarian] for CA Insurance Commissioner doesn't even know we want to draft her name, she's Chair of the Conservative Liberal 1Libertarian Caucus (AKA "Civet" on page http://www.1Libertarian.com), but she doesn't answer her phone.

Everyone start buying your Valentine's Day cards, get your paper ballot e-aps-13 for names printed out, then when you send a card, donation and marked paper ballot on or before Valentine's Day tp show your love for our team in 2022!

Friends are like angels, who brighten our days, in all kinds of wonderful, magical ways.
Their thoughtfulness comes as a gift from above, and we feel we’re surrounded by warm, caring love.
Like upside-down rainbows, their smiles bring the sun, and they fill the ho-hum moments with laughter and fun.
Friends are like angels without any wings, blessing our lives with the most precious things.”

Happy Valentine’s Day.

You’re so very precious to me.
You help in ways you can never understand.
You are always in my prayers.
And I so look forward to hearing from you, I am truly blessed.
Have a wonderful day and I hope you truly feel loved, because you are...happy weekend

2. Unity Platform Target Date December 31st 2022
http://www.allpartysystem.com/e-aps-6.php

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
By James O. Ogle, Candidate for Lt. Governor of California
2022-1-17

Unity Platform Target Date December 31st 2022
http://www.allpartysystem.com/e-aps-6.php

The Hare Quota is being used for the Unity Platform and that keeps the math easy to understand.

The way it works with 26 items, each item gets one minute of comments keeping the speaking time under 30 minutes, with just over a fifteen second break between each item for a total of 30 minutes.

Only a total of 30 minutes of free speech time is needed for discussing all 26 items (one minute each), the free speech time can also be used for talking about improvements and/or write-ins, of additional improved and new items.

The Math of the 1Ogle Method for the Vote-count

The total of 30 minutes, minus 26 minutes (one minute for each item), plus 15-second breaks between the 26 items (25 15-second breaks = 250 seconds (just over 4 minutes of the 1/2 hour for the 25 breaks between the 26 items discussed).

Once everyone speaks for about a minute, all the paper ballots are marked correctly, the ballots are gathered and checked for SPOILED paper ballots, and sometimes corrections can be made then by the voter(s).

After mistakes are corrected by the voter(s), remaining spoiled marked paper ballots are separated from valid marked paper ballots, then all the tics are added up for each item and any item garnering over 50% (plus one vote) of the numerals 1,2,3,4,5, etc. (AKA "tics") is considered approved by the whole team.

In cases of ties we simply add up the sum of the "tics" (tics = 1,2,3,4,ect.) and the item(s) with the lowest sum takes priority in cases of ties.

You can find the web page of the Unity Platform linked below. The PDF is also linked on this web page near top of the paper ballot web page:
http://www.allpartysystem.com/e-aps-6.php

Try this at home and do a vote-count for yourself. Then mail the paper ballot(s) back to the home office (headquarters for the James O. Ogle [One] for Lt. Governor of California), and we will combine your legitimately marked paper ballot(s) with everyone's and publish the results. NOTE; For transparency all the names who voted and their votes are published on the site.

Target date, December 31st 2022, totals announced the following year around January 1st 2023.

International Unity
By CEO Buck Rogers [Conservative]
http://www.allpartysystem.com/think-tank.php

I would like to break to the walls of ignorance between different peoples and cultures

I am a firm believer in the people Let each one of us build bridges rather than barriers, open minds rather than walls.
We can hold each others in same feeling with our hands and lives, let’s all push our hearts together... to make a better place this world
let’s build bridges to each other our lives are a bridge to us to give the opportunity to know each other
I want to build a better bridge in my heart
Together in a spirit of acceptance, helpfulness, co-operation and peace from every wrong we’ve done to each other, if I forgive will you forgive?
Let's not let our anger.. do bad to our souls

I wonder

If i am different......you will accept me?
If i have another thought...... you're going to respect my opinion?
If we believe in the same God, but we call him with a different name.
you will pray with me for peace and humanity?
With empathy we should tear down barriers by building lasting relationships with every person, nation, or people.
Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have with your fundamental human right to share our faith; our lives and our cultures.
But do this with gentleness and respect.” This must be our guide.

Remember always

Only love can build us a bridge of light to each other.

Today I will begin my journey to not only achieve the goals I've set for myself both professionally and personally but to fulfill happiness and success for others along the way.

2021 was a tough year for me in so many ways but it also provided me experiences and appreciation.

To the ones I've lost, loved, you made me better, stronger and wiser. This new year will be different for me and I'm excited for the challenge ahead.

Thank you too all my connections, and friends who have been there for me!  This group is filled with amazing people!

3. APS-IB Opened Bids for Restricted Share Sales
https://www.allpartysystem.com/investorrelations.php

A new sale of 10,000 shares to help raise 50% of those monies for (as of yet unnamed) orphanage(s) and to help raise capital assets from 50% of sales through July 10th is now underway.

The sale of restricted shares is underway and the first ten shares have been sold bringing the new price per share down to 1/10th of a penny. The par value listed with State of Delaware had been at one cent per share since we were founded in 2012.

Those eligible to buy the restricted shares are not being limited to accredited investors. All of the elected APS-IB company BoDs are accredited, all of the BoDs may both bid for shares and sell unassigned shares, and anyone can bid for the shares of whose bid we might accept.

Terms of purchase have been spelled out and these terms below are binding through July 10th 2022 when the annual board meeting takes place.

All sales get final approval, new policies implemented, and general management decisions get made at the annual board meeting of APS-IB.

Place a Bid Now

The placement of the bid gives our team a chance to look at your offer and decide between several, of which the top offer by new bidders is expected to be accepted, and the final closing of sales can be made sooner but the value depends on how many of the 10K shares offered sell and at what cost for each and every one of the 10K shares.

The unity between men and women to bring the three-party system within the APS-IB gets attained by the following policy restrictions on whom may offer to purchase shares:

https://www.allpartysystem.com/terms-investors.php

a) Only buyers with non-binary gender names may pay over, under or at $5.00 per share.
b) Only buyers with names opposite gender the name of APS-IB BoD acting as seller may pay under $5.00 per share.
c) Only buyers with same gender name of APS-IB BoD acting as seller may pay over $5.00 per share.
d) Names that do not follow the selling order a, b and c above must pay more than $5.00 per share.

The Children at the Orphanage
By CEO Buck Rogers [Conservative]
http://www.allpartysystem.com/think-tank.php

Quitting... it never crosses my mind. Why? Because of the photo you see below.

It is the children at the orphanage that drives me everyday.

My life will never be about me: NEVER

It will always be about others.

I don’t ever forget where my life began.I don’t forget I have a choice to make and that choice is to better this world.

Please surround yourself with people who believe in you. That makes a huge difference.

I appreciate the people who are with me on my journey to help me reach my goal. I appreciate the people who know that.

I work hard to make my dream a reality.

It is the children at the orphanage I appreciate the people who understand that what I am doing is not easy.

I don’t let closed doors stop me.I open the next door in front of me.

I go after the big opportunities, pushing through my fears.

Sometimes you have to do what makes you feel a little uncomfortable to bring your dreams to reality.

So on this Thursday... I hope this motivates you to go after your dreams!

I hope this motivates to hit all your goals this week!

You can do it!!

I know you will do it.. you got this!

2021-6-6

Together we are all on a journey called  life. We are a little broken  and a little shattered inside.
Each one of us  is aspiring to make it to the end.
None is deprived of pain here and we have all suffered in our own  ways.
I think  our journey is all about healing ourselves and healing each other in our own special ways.
Let's just help each other to put all those pieces back together and make it to the end more beautifully.
Let us help each other survive.

NOTE: New callers speak first, non-binary gender name #1, our opposite gender at #2 and then our like gender (hosts are male so that will be male) at #3. At the top of the hour the first speaker starts and the 1/2 hour is divided equally between all speakers attending conference call.

Our team the Republican Democratic 1Libertarian Caucus, is bringing good Independents and the Green, Libertarian, Christocrat, One, No Party Preference, New Humanism, Democratic and the Republican Parties, where everyone wins in the new United Coalition Earth!

Go to the Federal Archives (www.archives.gov) where all parties' Electors are published, find and rank the best name(s) for the top Senator-Elector in your own state. Then write a name #1 (your name?) into the Electoral College in 2024. In 2023 the new Electors start to sign up and our team will try to build itself to the 538-member level.

Our team seeks names of citizens who want to represent the team as a whole. No matter what party we register and/or proclaim, with 538 USA Electors from coast-to-coast, the first 538 voters on our paper ballots are guaranteed to elect one name.

We want twelve times the number needed, as many back-ups as possible, so please rank around twelve names. Mathematically, 12 x 538 = 6456, + 1 (Droop Quota) = the 6457-party/caucus system.

Anytime we mail in a new marked paper ballot, then our most recent rankings on that ballot, cancel the previous rankings on the same marked paper ballot by us. Then everyone' vote gets posted for transparency, validation and verification purposes.

2024 - The Eight Steps for the Libertarian National Committee (LNC) Budget Using the 1Ogle Method

1. All LNC Electors specify their proposed national total budget for the year.
2. All the submissions from the first step above are averaged to reach a total averaged sum of all LNC Electors' proposed totals.
3. All LNC Electors determine a suggested total for each and every one of their own personal proposed budget items.
4. All LNC Electors to have an equal free speech period, where all LNC Electors personally make a case for their items.
5. After the free speech period, all LNC Electors rank all the choices on one ballot, a ballot which includes all proposals.
6. All proposals which receive 50% (plus one vote) on each item in previous step are to be considered approved by simple majority.
7. Ties between approved items which are similar in nature are broken when higher ranking totals cancel similarly worded item(s) with lower ranking totals.
8. All items approved are then calibrated up or down simultaneously until the national total budget averaged sum in step 2 is reached.
