March 18th, 2020

The 25th anniversary "Tenth USA Parliament Election of 2020"
Takes Place on Sunday April 19th 2020

Monterey Bay Park
The United Coalition California is launching the new PPR Electoral College on April 19th 2020, with voting by paper ballot only, by US mail and/or by in-person drop-offs of paper ballot at All Party System Co. in Pacific Grove, California 93950.

The United Coalition California is merging with the campaign of the California State Libertarian Party (LP) by nominating more than about about 157 names, names who were nominated as delegates to attend the L.P. national convention in Austin Texas, and these names are almost all being nominated to the new pure proportional representation (PPR) Electoral College.

Three names are known to have been nominated at the California State Libertarian Party convention last month but these three (and others) were not added to blank paper ballot as nominees for CA delegates to consider on Sunday February 16th 2020 as LNC delegates.

The voting on the paper ballots took place on the following Monday February 17th 2020 at the California State Libertarian Party convention in Culver City California.

The ballot did not include one name because of a clerical error.

Now our team wants to expand and allow more good names who are neither dues-payers nor registered members of the California Libertarian Party, to be nominated as both delegate back-ups and Presidential Electors that our team can grow faster.

It's not expected that all the names which are nominated as Delegate and/or Elector will be on any State's final list of Presidential Electors unless assured by the Libertarian Party's State Chair.

To build the much bigger team in anticipation of Article the First more nominations will help:
James Ogle CA
Tulsi Gabbard HI
Erick Brown CA

Three-hundred thirteen Electors Needed in California - Can Be From Outside State of California

In California, the team is nominating/electing one Elector for every Congressional district, two for the two US Senators from California and an additional Elector for every 50K eligible voters within each of California's 55 Congressional Districts. Presidential Elector total in California is projected to grow from 55 to 313 after ratification Article the First but our team wants to sign 313 Electors from California now.

The entire team of 313, plus plenty of back-ups, need not reside in California.

Once reaching capacity of names for each state then the next highest-ranked names serve as back-ups and all names may be Electors in their own State of residence.

After the election of 538 Electors, votes of confidence will take place by email and the votes of confidence by up to 538 of the Presidential Electors, will be posted on PPR Electoral College site www.allpartysystem.com for transparency.

Be sure to write in your name so you too can be an Elector and vote by email for the set of national executives on the pure proportional representation Electoral College starting 4/20/2020 to 4/19/2024 (USA only) of whom your name may be one. As all 538 names are nominated, the name at #1 picks a title first (Prez or VP?), and then more than 150 more titles as LP executive and Cabinet Ministries are picked by Electors in consecutive order starting with #1.

Sorinne F. Ardeleanu [Libertarian] censored from certification even though she filed and she has certification stamped by office as proof.

James Ogle's nickname "Google" was also left off the certified list after he had submitted the nickname Google because the search engine launched off his logo around September of 1997 after he ran for US President the first time and the search engine's founders joined his campaign in Usenet.

See the original video material from 1995 which helps tell the story about how Google got its name from James "Google" Ogle in 1997:

US Presidential candidates Sorinne F. Ardeleanu [Libertarian] (US Presidential candidate) (CA) and James Ogle [One] (US Presidential candidate) (California) (2020) were censored by the California Secretary of State.

The United Coalition USA which features the CA SoS opponent in 2014 Jeffrey Drobman [Democratic] (US Presidential candidate) (CA), himself a candidate for California Secretary of State and was also the United Coalition USA's 31st Prime Minister for five years, and our team will be announcing plans to appeal to the Democratic Party's California State Executive for unity when they meet in Visalia California on March 21st to 23rd, 2020.

Contact Press Secretary Press Secretary Minister Roy J. Kendall [Democratic] at (559) 901-1974 for more information.

Voting on Paper Ballot Going on Now!

In California, Oklahoma, North Carolina and Massachusetts March 3rd primaries require special needs for the voting for the United Coalition USA. The "cross over voters" in California and Massachusetts may request the paper ballot for the Libertarian Party where a write-in name may be written in.

More information online for California voters:

In Oklahoma and North Carolina write-in votes aren't permitted, the team asks all male voters to please vote for the top female name and all female voters to please vote for the top male name, and the two top write-in names are considered President and Vice President under limited voting. When voters are permitted only one vote for two seats, that's called "limited voting", and that brings the mathematics for the three-party system in 2020.
