We help US voters correctly update their federal voter registration forms (on paper ballots only) while simultaneously conducting free parliamentary polls (on paper ballots and eballots).
In the first vote count, a president and vice president are elected consecutively, the first with 33.33% plus one vote is president, and the second with 33.33% plus one vote is vice president.
The ballots are counted a second time and 1/101ths (.99%) of the votes plus one vote elects each one of the 100 members of parliament, or MPs.
