_1,1__The effective date of the election of the
Coalition of Seven shall be from the date
of ballot release which is to be from August
10, 2010, through the date when the 2014
California State Election names for the
2014 California State election in 2014
are announced.
_2,3__The Coalition of Seven makes their
own decisions as individuals regarding
initiatives and propositions on ballots
in state elections.
_2,4__When ever any doubts occur as to what the
precedent shall be which are not covered by
the set of rules for California Super-state
(ss11), then the set of rules approved by
the USA Parliament shall be used to set
precedents;

"Coalition of Seven" have been approved by
one or more MSPs, the rules shall be posted
in the US Parliament's forum;

of the seven members of the "Coalition of
Seven" who vote on an eballot or a paper ballot,
to be known as the "ruling coalition method".
In this method, one or more of the seven may
approve decisions. 50% plus one is majority.
_3__Decisions should be by a minimum of four
members of the "Coalition of Seven" to be
known as "quorum method". 50% plus one is
majority.
_4__The Coalition of Seven should be known
only as the "Coalition of Seven".
_5__The Coalition of Seven hereby endorses
YES on PROP 19, the legalize marijuana
initiative.
_6__The "Tie-Breaker Election #2" eballots and paper
ballots are to be accepted only from the 42
ballot qualified names (for CA state election),
the same 42 names which appear on said eballot.
7__The Coalition of Seven should hold another
"Tie-Breaker Election #2" to narrow the field
to seven names for the seven state wide
offices. The debate rules should be approved
by the "6th California Parliament" by the
ruling coalition;
the largest block of elected voting members of
state parliament (MSPs in ss11) to elect
the single set of rules under IRV.
_8__The effective date of the election of the
Coalition of Seven shall be from the date
of ballot release which is to be from August
10th through midnight of August 20th, 2010.
_9__The effective date of the election of the
Coalition of Seven shall be from the date
of ballot release which is to be from August
10th through midnight of October 1, 2010.
__10__The "Tie-Breaker Election #2" eballots and paper
ballots are to be accepted only from elected
MSPs (members of super-state) from the
California Super-state.
_11__Decisions should be made by a simple majority
of the seven members of the "Coalition of
Seven" who vote on an eballot or a paper ballot,
to be known as the "ruling coalition method".
In this method, one or more of the seven may
approve decisions. 50% plus one is majority.
_12__Once each state office is won on November
2, 2010 by any members
of the elected "Coalition of Seven", an "all party
committee" of three paid staff will be hired,
which are to be recruited from the top three
vote getters from the eballots and paper
ballots which were
distributed according to rules as approved.
_13__Once each state office is won on November
2, 2010 by any members
of the elected "Coalition of Seven", an "all party
committee" of five paid staff will be hired,
which are to be recruited from the top five
vote getters from the "Coalition of Seven"
eballots and paper ballots which were
distributed according to rules as approved.
_14__The Coalition of Seven should be known
only as "the all party system committee
of seven".
_15__The Coalition of Seven should be known
primarily as "The Dirty Seven".
16__The "Tie-Breaker Election #2" eballots and paper
ballots are to be accepted only from elected
MSPs (members of super-state) and MMPs (members
of mini-state parliament) from the
California Super-state.
_17__The "Tie-Breaker Election #2" eballots shall be
voted on by any member of the US Parliament,
including MPs, MSPs, MMPs and all executives
and cabinet members. Eballots and paper
ballots cast by nonmembers not mentioned
in the previous sentence will be permitted
and counted only when the voter agrees to
be self appointed in the super-state or
mini-state of their choice. Paper ballots
shall include the standard federal voter
registration form, to help register voters.
