It also helps if/when you ask people to rank your name, and/or their own name as well, because that's how we get more participation. But you must tell them they are required to use numbers, #1, #2, #3, etc., the more the better (helps us get bigger).

Not many people know about the Sainte-Lague parliament seat distribution system, and they think that plurality elections with single winner districts, a highly destruction voting system, is the only way of voting.

The parliament's ballot/voting is usually accompanied by a standard national USA voter registration form (paper ballots only), and that help us serve as a voter registration drive. That way, people read about all the new parties/categories, vote for them, and often start their own when they register, or just update their address or voter registration information. New parties cause a "splintering" effect which is actually OK under this system, since there's 1000 seats being elected in 2012, and 1000 possible party names/categories can be created as one team.

We are so small, that we are not being successful in registering voters and getting the word out about how it works.
